I need some spare parts for my game, how can I obtain these?

Next Level Games recognise that parts can be broken or lost simply by playing with them. We want you to get the most out of your goods, so please contact our Customer Service Department with any queries relating to this issue and we will do our best to resolve them. Next Level Games reserves the right to charge for any replacement parts provided.

Is there a guarantee or warrantee?

Most items sold by Next Level Games come with a 12 month warranty. If the goods develop a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares depending on the type of the goods and the fault claimed. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty

How can I find out about latest products/offers?

The Title Chase website will always feature our latest products and offers but for those who submit their contact details by ticking the ‘subscribe to our mail list’ box whilst ordering, will be added to our exclusive mailing list and kept up to date with the latest news, offers, competitions and tournaments. Your details will be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties.

How can I get in touch with other Title Chase enthusiasts?

Chat to friends and other fans of the game on the Title Chase Forum. Create or join discussion groups and message boards for all the news, tips, support and advice you will ever need. To meet your new online friends in person, we invite you to become a football manager for the day and play against fellow supporters in our Title Chase Tournaments happening across the UK. For the latest news on events taking place near you.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Not at the moment. However, if you are overseas, do please feel free to contact us and get a quote for shipping. Some smaller items are available for dispatch to Europe and Worldwide via Airmail Small Packet (under 2kg), but please check before purchasing.

I have invented a game, will you look at it?

Our best advice is for you to get in touch with a toy and games agent, a local trade association, an organisation such as BusinessLink or The British Toy and Hobby Association. We are unable to make any particular suggestion and do not endorse any agents. We regret that we are unable to accept any unsolicited ideas from you. If you send ideas, comments, questions, or any other information to the Site, these will be deemed to be non-confidential and Next Level Games will be entitled to use or disclose them in any manner whatsoever, without liability or notice to you.
