Standard Delivery

Goods will only be dispatched once we have confirmation that your payment has cleared. Please allow 7 working days from that date for delivery. If you have still not received your order after this period, please contact our Customer Service Department.


How are orders delivered?

We currently use Royal Mail to deliver your orders.


Shipping within the UK

Unless we have otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will be made to the address of the cardholder. Please note that our products are only available for delivery in the mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland (exceptions are detailed within individual product descriptions). As such, products may be unavailable in the region or country from which you are accessing the site.


Shipping outside the UK

Regrettably, we are currently unable to ship outside the UK.


Missed delivery

Please do not worry if you are out when the postal service or courier tries to deliver your item: they will leave a calling card either telling you when and where your item can be collected from, or providing a contact number to arrange an alternative, convenient delivery time.


Damaged or lost goods

If you find a parcel has been damaged during delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department within seven working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods. We will ask you to return the item in its original packaging to a specified address. In the unlikely event that any item is lost in transit to you, please contact our Customer Service Department. In the case of non-delivery, please allow ten working days from the date of your order, in case there has been delay due to postal issues. While every effort is made to fulfil all orders within seven working days or sooner, such estimated timescales are indicative only, items may take longer to deliver and delays are occasionally inevitable. Time shall not be of the essence and Next Level Games shall not be liable in any event for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescales.


Orders missing an item(s)

If your order has been received but an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Department within seven working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods.


Faulty goods

If you have received an item that does not work correctly please contact our Customer Service Department. Assistance will be provided to enable you to return the faulty item and receive a free replacement.


Undelivered parcels

Occasionally we may have parcels returned to us if the postal service or courier could not deliver a package to you. This may be because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or a parcel being refused. If this happens, we will do our very best to contact you and ask if you would rather have your order resent or refunded. If we cannot inform you within a reasonable period, we will refund the full cost.

Returning an item

Before you send any item back to us:
1) Please contact our Customer Service Department to enable us to evaluate and authorise the return. You will then be given a Returns Code to send the goods back.
2) Write the Returns Code on the back of the delivery note and include it in your return.
3) Package any items and the delivery note securely and send to the following address – Recorded delivery is highly recommended:

Please note that your replacement or refund will be dealt with as quickly as possible, but to help speed up the process please do the following when packing and sending your product:
∙ If possible send the product in its original packaging.
∙ Pack any item so that it will not get damaged during the return delivery.
∙ Include the completed delivery note. If for any reason you do not have this, please enclose your name, address, phone number, order number and Returns Code along with the product

Costs

If the reason you are returning the goods is because you have cancelled the order and the items have already been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost or alternatively you can inform Next Level Games when we can collect the goods from you, in which case we will charge the cost of such recovery to you. We reserve the right to deduct any such reasonable collection charges from the refund that is payable to you. Whilst you are in the possession of the goods, you must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them. Please note that the goods will only be accepted if the packaging has been unopened and the seal is still intact.

Any goods that were faulty at the point of sale, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for free replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty goods are returned complete with all components. Or if you are returning any goods because of an error by us or damaged goods, we will be happy to refund the delivery costs paid to return such items to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

Your right to cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any goods purchased on the site in exchange for a full refund at any time before the expiry of seven working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods, providing the goods are returned unused, still in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

To cancel your order, you can e-mail Next Level Games or write to us at the address below within the above period, quoting your order number.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

If the goods have already been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost or alternatively you can inform Next Level Games when we can collect the goods from you, in which case we will charge the cost of such recovery to you.

We reserve the right to deduct any such reasonable collection charges from the refund that is payable to you.

Whilst you are in the possession of the goods, you must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them.

Once we have received your returned goods at the above address, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that your refund may take up to seven working days from this time. The refund will be applied to the debit or credit card used to buy the goods.
